Congratulations Rachel!
It is with great pride and a humble recognition that Rachel Kmecik, current Director of HR, has accepted a new leadership role as Vice President - Aftermarket & HR for True North Equipment.
In this new role, Rachel will provide strategic oversight of our Aftermarket, HR, and IT divisions. She has played an instrumental role as Director of Human Resources over the past 14 years as we grew from 88 employees in 4 locations to nearly 230 employees and 10 locations.

Rachel is eager to start her new journey with True North Equipment and build upon the True North Equipment vision "To be a Trusted Partner in Your Field, Our Communities, and Our Customers' Lives." After 14 years in her HR Director role, continuing to work with the teams across True North, but from a new business perspective, is an exciting and welcomed new adventure.

About Rachel
Rachel grew up on a farm near Tabor, MN. She attended school in Warren, MN, and went on to college at the University of North Dakota, majoring in Management & Marketing. She then went on to gain her MBA from the University of Mary.
Rachel now lives in Grand Forks with her husband Seth and their daughter Lola. When she does occasionally find some free time, Rachel enjoys the outdoors; tennis, biking, walks, gardening, summer golf days, and splash pads with Lola, nothing beats family time!
