Welcome Jake Peterson to True North Equipment! Jake is a Ag/Turf Sales at the Grand Forks, N.D. retail location. As with all of our new employees, we like to get to know them a little bit more! Here's a short interview with Jake; welcome to the team!
Where did you work/what did you do before you joined True North?
Currently still own/operate Impact Nutrition and co-own Downtown Axe. Both are located downtown Grand Forks.
Tell us about your background (family, hometown, pets, where do you live now, etc.).
I live in Grand Forks with my wife of 9 years, Rebecca. We have a five year old boy named Pace, and a two year old daughter named Poppy. And our rescue dog, Winnie.
What excites you about your new job at True North?
I get the chance to do something new and meet new people.

Favorite food: Swedish Meatballs and potatoes
Favorite thing(s) to do: Spend off time with family/friends and stay active
What kind of music do you play in your car? Any and all genres, plus podcasts
What’s something on your bucket list? Sky dive and see Norway.
What's your favorite most memorable adventure? Anything outdoors with my wife or family. Hiking the Northshore with my wife(pre kid) was a lot of fun.
If you could have lunch with ANYONE (dead or alive, famous or personal) who would it be? My dad who passed away in March 2023
