New changes for 2020 were recently announced at True North Equipment. With a well-placed approach and unprecedented growth in 2019, True North Equipment continues to build upon a team structure that positions itself for future growth and opportunities. As a part of change, Dan Gorder announces his move to Chairman of the Board of True North Equipment. Dan will focus on future shareholder structure and work with John on identifying future True North Equipment growth opportunities. Effective January 20, 2020, John Oncken will assume the role of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of True North Equipment. John will have direct oversight of Accounting, HR, Marketing, Aftermarket/IS and Sales, working closely with the Directors of those divisions within True North Equipment. As CEO, John will focus his efforts on a larger view, guiding the leadership team on a Vision that captures new Departmental Growth, Employee Talent Opportunities and how TNE set’s itself apart from our competitors.
While significant, these changes will allow Dan and John to invest more time, interacting with our employees and face to face with our customers.
