Welcome Chad Pavlish to True North Equipment! Chad is the Operations Manager at the Impact Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota. As with all of our new employees, we like to get to know them a little bit more! Here's a short interview with Chad; welcome to the team!
Where did you work/what did you do before you joined True North Equipment?
Chad: I worked in manufacturing settings, I oversaw the Cirrus Aircraft operation in Grand Forks, and worked in engineering and operation roles at LM Wind Power.
Tell us about your background (family, hometown, pets, where do you live now, etc.)
Chad: I am married with three children, and we live in East Grand Forks, M.N. I graduated from Fisher, Minnesota, and went to college at the University of North Dakota.
What excites you about your new job at True North Equipment?
Chad: The opportunity to work with a great team. I'm excited to take my experience from prior roles and apply it to help grow the Impact Center.

Favorite Snack: Jerky or Trail Mix.
Favorite Food: Anything grilled or smoked.
Favorite things to do: Being outside hunting, fishing, and being at the lake.
Favorite Music: Mainly countries. I also listen to books/podcasts
What is something on your bucket list? Some sort of destination hunting or fishing trip.
What is your most memorable adventure? I spent two months in Poland working for a previous employer. I saw a lot of neat places and met great people who I stay in contact with.
If you could have lunch with ANYONE (Dead or alive, famous or personal), who would it be? Jesus Christ.
