Welcome Dean Rausch to True North Equipment! Welcome to the team, Dean!
Where did you work/what did you do before you joined True North?
Started work at Artic Cat in 2010 as an assembler and moved around to welding, engineering, quality, and ended my career there as a job trainer.
Tell us about your background (family, hometown, pets, where do you live now, etc.).
Grew up in Thief River Falls, married in 2017, I have an Eleven year old son and a thirteen year old daughter, three French bulldogs and a Pitbull.
What excites you about your new job at True North?
The oppertunity to learn and grow and the possibility of helping create a great a better environment.

Favorite food: Steak and potatoes
Favorite thing(s) to do: Hang with family and my dogs
What kind of music do you play in your car? everything from classic rock to hip-hop
What’s something on your bucket list? To jeep the entire Rubican Trail.
What's your favorite most memorable adventure? Road Trip out west with my father.
If you could have lunch with ANYONE (dead or alive, famous or personal) who would it be? My father. We would have lunch or breakfast together every day.
