At True North Equipment, convenience is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’ve expanded access to parts with a network of dropboxes strategically placed across our region. Instead of rearranging your day around dealership hours, you can now order parts and pick them up closer to home, on your own schedule. With dozens of secure locations throughout Minnesota and North Dakota, getting the right parts for your equipment has never been easier.
Save Time & Add Convenience
We know that not everybody can pick up parts during business hours & that's why we have the True North Equipment Parts Dropbox Network. A network of over 25 drop-boxes located in several communities between our dealership locations, providing you with closer more convenient places to pick up your parts.
Place your parts order with your local dealer, or through the MyTrueNorth customer portal, and we'll deliver them to the dropbox of your choice, you pick up your order at your convenience! Each box is conveniently located in and around several locations, including Baudette, Grafton, Grand Forks, Kennedy, Mahnomen, Thief River Falls, and Warren.
