True North Doors Reopening to the Public 6/9/2020

All True North locations will safely reopen their showrooms to the public on Tuesday 6/9/2020 with the following precautions and measures. Our reopen procedures follow the guidance of our federal, state, and local health officials.

Store Hours in all locations

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday Closed

After hours planting season phone support available, click HERE for hours & phone numbers.

In Store

Showrooms are open with limitations, we ask that our customers refrain from going into roped off areas, maintain social distancing, and stay home if they are feeling sick.

Popcorn & coffee will be unavailable at this time to prevent any contamination.

Deep cleaning & sanitization measures have been put into place for all hard surfaces, we have provided hand sanitizer to all of our team member as well as stations set up in our stores for customer use.

Staff who are able to work remotely have been asked to remain remote at this time. We have provided masks for team members and have asked that they were them when unable to maintain a 6 foot distance with customers.

Service shops remain limited to employees only, our service team is still hard at work to keep you running. We ask that you contact your local True North location via phone to set up service or via our Service Request portal.

Parts

Parts counters are open with plexiglass barriers to help reduce the potential for person to person spread.

Curbside parts pick up is still available, please contact your local True North location to order parts & pay over the phone, your parts will be ready for you to pick up in our pick up bins outside the front door.

Delivery to our drop box locations, or to your farms also continues to be available.

Online ordering through My True North Customer Portal remains available, not just for parts ordering, but for a full set of e-services including invoice payment, service scheduling, and more.

Service

Service & On-Farm Service continues to be available. We ask that in person contact is limited, our service teams have been provided disinfectant to clean the inside of cabs before and after work is done. Please contact your local True North location to set up service time.

Service shops remain closed to the public at this time. ONLY True North Employees are allowed in the service shops at this time. Customers and vendors are asked to contact the store via phone or fill out the Service Request Form to request an appointment or set up service time.

Equipment Sales

Showrooms are open with limitations. Ag and Turf sales teams are available in store, several offices have been equipped with plexiglass barriers to help limit the possibility of person to person spread. If access to an office is unavailable, paperwork can be done electronically.

Ag & Turf sales teams continue to be available via phone and email. Please contact your local True North location with any questions.

New & used equipment listings are available on our website or through our mobile app. The option to apply for financing online and complete the beginning paperwork at home is now available for select lawn and garden & compact tractors. If preferred, our Buy Online with Free Delivery option allows you to purchase and have your equipment delivered completely from home.
