The IMPACT Center is True North Equipment’s training facility that allows for new, innovative, and highly capable methods to add real value for our customers and employees. Located near Grand Forks Industrial Park, the IMPACT Center supports all departments across our retail locations. This facility improves efficiency in new equipment setup and reconditioning, streamlines parts storage and transfers and improves our customer service abilities. We also provide educational opportunities for both customers and True North Equipment employees alike on new John Deere technology and equipment.
