All True North locations will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please note this is for over the phone assistance, curb side parts pick up, and scheduling service. We are available 24/7 online for parts ordering and service scheduling.
To our Valued Customers
We are continuing to actively monitor the impacts of COVID-19 again today, as we value your health and the health of our employees. Today, as every day during this time, our goal is to limit the spread of COVID-19 for our healthcare system, employees, families, and communities.
OUR STORES REMAIN OPERATIONAL AND PREPARED TO SERVE YOUR PARTS, SERVICE, AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS. HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO DO OUR PART IN HELPING FLATTEN THE CURVE AND KEEP OUR EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, AND COMMUNITIES SAFE WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO LOCK OUR DOORS TO THE PUBLIC IN ALL LOCATIONS STARTING MARCH 18TH, 2020 AT 5:00 PM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We did not make this decision lightly and we are committed to remaining your dealer of choice and being able to serve our customers during a time of many unknowns.
We understand that these decisions are difficult and inconvenient, but we are open to serve you in a new way, through technology! Our True North Team is ready and able to service your needs today and in the future. Available Channels for Serving You
Our service techs are continuing to work on your equipment in our shops and in your fields.
If you have questions about current service orders, please contact your local True North service department via phone.
If you would like to schedule a service, you can do so by calling your local True North Service Department or via our ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULING portal.
Our parts department is available 24/7 through our online parts portal MY TRUE NORTH in addition you can call or text in part orders to your local True North location.
Call in orders can be delivered to you, set outside our stores for pick up, delivered to one of our drop box locations, or shipped to directly you.

Our sales team is available during our regular business hours via phone or email. Direct contact information is available on our store location pages, simply navigate to your local store’s page and scroll to the bottom for the listings.
Lawn equipment, compact tractors, utility vehicles and commercial equipment is available 24/7 through the TRUE NORTH BUY ONLINE portal & includes free delivery through April 30th.
Finally, we have relayed the following message to our employees and ensuring that if they are sick or need accommodations to work from home, they are taken care of by True North via additional paid time off, remote working accommodations, etc. While sent to our employees the information below is valuable to all members of our community.

As our state and federal governments continue to express the importance of containing the spread of COVID-19, we are writing to remind you of the following:
- Watch for Symptoms. The most common symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
- Who to Call? If you experience these symptoms, you should contact the state health hotline or your healthcare provider. In Minnesota, the COVID-19 hotline is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 651-201-3920 or 1-800-657-3903. In North Dakota the COVID-19 hotline is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Monday – Friday) at 1-866-207-2880
- In an Emergency. Call 911 and seek immediate medical attention if you have experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, new confusion or an inability to arouse, or bluish lips or face.
