Rolland Deschene retiring from True North's Service Department - Warren

posted on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in Blog

After over 30 years at our Warren location, Rolland Deschene has announced his retirement! Our customers have trusted him with their equipment for many years, as Rolland has been with the Warren location since 1988, when he came over from Nelson Implement (Case and Versatile dealership). Before that, he spent 10 years at a John Deere implement company in Argyle, formerly known as; Riopelle Implement, Muzzy Implement and Argyle Implement, all within that 10-year window.

But don’t worry, Rolland will still be around the service department on a part-time basis. He’s not fully ready to hang up his tools, just yet! Jeremy Bring, Service Manager at Warren says, “Rolland’s knowledge and years of experience will be missed. He’s been a huge asset to the shop over the years and I appreciate him staying with us on a part time basis”.

Rolland and his wife, Margaret reside in Argyle, MN. Not only is he a dedicated worker, but is very active in his church and community as well.

We wish Rolland well on his retirement and are thankful for all he’s done for True North! We’re proud to have him on our team, even if it’s only part time!

True North Equipment plans to have a retirement open house for Rolland, however due to the COVID pandemic, will have to wait until it is safe to do so.
