Joe Breidenbach is now the Director of Sales for True North Equipment. Matt Kolstoe and Casey Olson have been named Regional Sales Managers.
Matt Kolstoe is Regional Sales Manager / Mid Tractor & Hay Sales Manager and manages the sales activities of True North Equipment locations in Thief River Falls, Warren, Mahnomen, and Northwood, as well as the Mid Tractor & Hay segments across all 8 retail locations. A graduate of NDSCS in Wahpeton, he holds a degree in the John Deere Ag Technician Program. Matt has a strong background in the agriculture business. He has been with John Deere since 1995, when he was employed with Fosston Implement in parts sales. He was hired by Evergreen Implement Company in Thief River Falls as a service technician in 1995, then transferred to parts sales in 1999. Kolstoe started in Ag Sales in 2003 and was named Store Manager of the Thief River Falls location in 2015. Matt is from the Oklee, MN area and still resides there with his wife, Lisa and family.
Casey Olson is Regional Sales Manager / Consumer Product & Small Tractor Sales Manager, overseeing the sales activities of TNE locations in Baudette, Kennedy, Grafton, and Grand Forks as well as the Consumer Product & Small Tractor segments across all 8 retail locations. He has been with True North Equipment since the summer of 2012 at the Grand Forks location. Prior to joining True North Equipment, Casey worked as a Territory Manager for United Rentals. He holds a Sales Marketing and Management degree from Northland College, and lives in East Grand Forks with his wife, Jenny and family.
True North Equipment Director of Sales, Joe Breidenbach says, “Both Casey and Matt’s proven leadership in sales will be a key component to this department. They are one cohesive team with the rest of our sales staff and have the same goal in mind, they are here to do their best to serve our customers”. Breidenbach started in the parts department in 2001, and joined the ag sales team in 2007. He was named Ag Sales Manager in 2018. When True North Equipment acquired four more locations in 2019, he became Director of Sales. Breidenbach directs the overall sales activities across all eight of the True North locations in ND and MN. Joe resides in Grand Forks with girlfriend Kaylie and family.
