Matt Waldal, Service Manager – Thief River Falls

We're excited to welcome Matt Waldal, Service Manager at our Thief River Falls location. Matt served in the US Navy, worked at Canadian Pacific Railroad, and American Crystal Sugar. He is originally from Roseau, MN, and graduated from Plummer High School. Matt attended WyoTech, Laramie WY. He resides in Crookston with girlfriend, Whitney and their three children.

Matt is excited for the opportunity to be a team leader and meet new people at True North Equipment.

Fun Facts about Matt:

1. He loves anything BBQ and favorite snack is beef jerky
2. When not at work, you’ll probably find Matt fishing, smoking meat, or hunting. (he’d even love to go on a Kodiak bear hunt!)
3. Matt likes the advice “You only live once, go for it!”
4. His most memorable vacation was taking his kids hunting.
