Jessilyn Vizenor Accepts Service Manager Role in Grand Forks

Congratulations Jess!

We are pleased to announce that Jess Vizenor has accepted the position of Service Manager for True North Equipment’s Grand Forks location. In this role, she will lead the service department operations and all service staff within the Grand Forks dealership location while providing an exceptional Customer Experience by delivering quality and timely service for our customers.

With Jess in this position, we continue our journey of building lasting relationships with our customers as their trusted partner meeting their service and repair needs.

About Jess

Jess joined True North equipment in November 2020 and has been supporting us as the Customer Service Advisor and most recently, as the Interim Service Manager at the Grand Forks location. Previously she owned and operated her own business, Kuhlen Cryotherapy, and has past experience as a billing manager for Agassiz Associates, PLLC. Jess resides with her husband, Shane, and their dog Nitro, in East Grand Forks. Together they enjoy off-roading and traveling.

Jess loves being challenged and is looking forward to building stronger connections with employees and customers, making True North Equipment home. We are fortunate to have Jess fill this role with her unique combination of service operations knowledge and collaborative approach coupled with her demonstrated leadership skills.
