Jason Morgan has been promoted to Service Manager at True North Equipment's IMPACT Center

We are excited to announce Jason Morgan has accepted the Service Manager position at our IMPACT Center location is Grand Forks!   Jason started his journey with us at True North Equipment in December 2020 in the role of Service Support Specialist.  Luke Aipperspach, Corporate Service Manager for True North Equipment, says, “In months that Jason has been with us, he has quickly shown his ability to understand our processes, working with our service departments in this role.   He has had the opportunity to fill in at a few of our locations and has shown great leadership and customer service”. For these reasons, and others, he has been selected as the service manager at our IMPACT Center.
