In the past few weeks, we've celebrated two major employee milestones! Chuck Dub marked 30 years of service, and Todd Swartz celebrated 25 years of service within the True North Equipment organization. Both men have been invaluable assets to the organization since they joined.

Join us in congratulating Ag Salesman, Chuck Dub, who celebrated 30 years of service within the True North Equipment organization this April! Chuck began his career after attending what is now the North Dakota State College of Science in Whapeton. He graduated from the 'General Diesel Technician' program, and began his career as a Service Technician at our Grafton location in 1987. In the preceding years, Chuck has served as a Service Manager, and now as an Ag Salesman.

Chuck is a Park River, ND native, and resides there today. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He is a member of the Tri-County Trailriders Snowmobile Club.

While reflecting on his many years of working in the dealership, Chuck says his favorite part of the job is simply working with the customers.

Owner/President, Dan Gorder says, "Chuck's drive to ensure his customers have a positive experience has not gone unnoticed. He is consistently one of the most customer-oriented employees within the organization."

On March 31, Todd Swartz celebrated 25 years at True North Equipment! You'll recognize Todd as the friendly Turf Salesman at our Grand Forks location. Todd began his career with True North Equipment in 1992 as a Turf and Snowmobile Service Technician and Snowmobile Salesman at our Grafton location. In 2000, he transferred to the Grand Forks location, and resumed the role he is in today. Prior to joining True North Equipment, Todd studied a myriad of topics at NDSCS in Whapeton, including; heating and cooling, small engine repair and farming.

Todd spends his free time hunting, fishing and 'fixing things'. He is a member of the Red River Archers in Grand Forks.

Todd says he is as happy as ever working with the customers and employees in the Grand Forks store.

When asked about Todd, Owner/President, Dan Gorder, said, "Todd has an impressive amount of knowledge of both the technical and operational elements of the products he sells. His 25 years of experience ensures his customers receive the very best care."
