Ugh, your StarFire receiver is down. Before you let it ruin your day or your productivity, try a few expert-tested tips that can get you up and running in no time!

RTK

  • Go in to base station setup page and verify the radio is communicating with the tower.
  • Go to your receiver setup tab and check that the StarFire frequency is set to 1545.9675.
  • Ensure that the TCM is on.
  • Unplug the receiver from the tractor, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in.
  • Perform a cold boot. Shut down the machine, unplug the display, start the machine, then plug the display back in.

After any of these steps, it may take several minutes to verify success or failure.
